No access

I cant access this ap, it keeps stating the same as the other reviews incorrect password and upon attempting to reset my password it states incorrect email which is not the case and is very frustrating. I hope this is fixed soon, because the ad seems very promising and I am hopeful that this will work well outside of the studio.
