Support is non existent

It doesnt want to sync to my OT heart monitor, Ive emailed support a couple of times to get it resolved with no response after 3 weeks. How rude. So I have an app that doesnt even work. Which is a shame because its a good idea in theory. As much as I love their program, orange theorys apps alone makes me want to cancel.
